Our hand-rolled spinach fettuccine tossed with
a sauce of the sharpest Cabot cheddar, fresh asiago,
Vermont mascarpone, and sun-dried tomatoes.


Grand Turk Island Shrimp: $9.95
Large shrimp rolled in coconut, sautéed, and
served with a fresh mango dipping sauce.

ABOUT OUR ANADAMA BREAD...
In the whaling days of New Bedford, there lived a sea captain who had a wife named Anna. She was a very lazy housewife who would never make bread. Much to the captain's consternation, she would only make mush with the cornmeal and molasses he brought home. He would storm around his ship, screaming to his sailors, "That Anna, damn her, she's the laziest woman alive!" Please enjoy our version of this old New England recipe.

Five-Peppercorn Beef:  $24.95
A local farm beef tenderloin crusted with a crushed five-peppercorn mixture, roasted and served sliced with a natural juice gravy, cooked to your specification. Served with rice, our homemade fettuccine noodles, or potatoes.
Innkeeper's Choice: (daily)
In the Vermont innkeeping tradition, we offer a daily preparation of the finest local farm lamb, pork, venison, veal, or ham. Served with rice, our homemade fettuccine noodles, or potatoes.
Boneless Breast of Chicken: $19.95
A Misty Knoll free-range boneless breast of chicken prepared differently each day. Served with rice, our homemade fettuccine noodles, or potatoes.
Fish of the Day:  (daily)
Wild-caught fish fresh from the Boston market. Served with rice, our homemade fettuccine noodles, or potatoes.
Thom's Fresh Garden Entrée: (daily)
A seasonally changing vegetarian creation based on our travels.

INDIAN ENTRÉES
For your enjoyment, we offer a selection of authentically prepared dishes from India, where Thom lived for two years while in the Peace Corps. Many new ideas and recipes were generously shared by Indian chefs on our recent travels to India and London.
Chicken Brahmapuri: $18.50
 Boneless pieces of Misty Knoll chicken cooked in a rich, hot, spicy, village-style Maharastan curry.
Served with rice and our homemade chutney.
Badami Rogan Josh:   $18.50
Tender chunks of Vermont lamb simmered in a rich and spicy curried sauce of cardamom, cumin, coriander, coconut, almonds, ginger, yogurt and tomatoes. Served with rice and our homemade chutney.
Meen Mole:  $18.95
Large New Bedford sea scallops in a very mild Kerala yellow curry. We use coconut milk but no dairy to create a creamy, rich sauce. Served with rice and our homemade chutney.
