RATES
Nightly, per room, based on double occupancy. Breakfast is a full cooked-to-order breakfast and dinner is a full dinner chosen from our restaurant menu. In addition, our free DSL is wireless. Our guests are welcome to use our Dell notebook computer or bring your own wireless notebook computer and be on line in every room in the inn -- and the back yard as well!

RATE INFORMATION
- A two-night minimum stay is required
to qualify for midweek rates. Weekend rates apply for one-night midweek
stays.
- The midweek rate does not apply during holiday periods.
- A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends, although occasionally one night might be possible; three nights on holiday weekends.
- Extra person in room add $55 per night for rates with breakfast and dinner; $25 per night for Bed & Breakfast rate.
- For single occupancy deduct $30 from rates with breakfast and dinner. Bed & Breakfast rates are as above.
- Fall and Winter rates apply from mid-September to mid-October and mid-December to April. Summer rates apply from mid-June to mid-September.
- To all charges add 9%Vermont tax. No additional charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card number or personal check for 50% is required at time of booking. If reservation is canceled within 21 days of arrival, 50% will be charged to the credit card unless room is rebooked exactly as the original booking. A last-minute cancellation (7 days or less) or no-show will be charged 100%. We prefer cash, travelers checks, or personal check for final payment and accept MasterCard, Visa, and AmericanExpress.THE OCTAGON HOUSE
A two-bedroom, two-bathroom, fully furnished, fully equipped house on our property with free, wireless DSL. Two-day minimum, children welcome but no pets.
